Guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays) is taken to a midnight screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show by her boyfriend Carl (John Stamos), which helps her get over some obsessive–compulsive behaviors. Glee club director Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) becomes jealous, and directs a school production of the musical with members of New Directions as the cast members. However, glee club members Finn (Cory Monteith) and Sam Evans (Chord Overstreet) deal with some body image issues, leading to Will’s replacement of Sam’s character. Principal Figgins (Iqbal Theba) protests the show and cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) airs an exposé on her local television segment.
