That’s right, Jim Carrey as Steven Russell is a gay in the story who follows his heart when a car accident happen and from a law abiding citizen he became a professional white-collar crook which eventually made him to go to prison where he met Phillip Morris and fall in love. This is when the laugh and hilarious event happens when Steven, did everything to escape the prison and find + win back his love of his life – Phillip Morris.
